Human Jessie

geez I have been wanting to do one of these forever..even though it's a copywrited character, since I tend to draw jessie a lot, along with mira who I hope to do one of these for next, it just kinda helps to pull  it up on my art program when I need some help on things instead of referencing to other artist or drawings. I read once in a journal that was posted by a Disney animator that the best way to learn how to do things your self is by taking away all of your references and just drawing on your own..and I will agree with him it's fucking hard at first...but it really does help in the "being more confident about my art"  department, now I know Iam no lillyfox or rain1940...who have been blessed with artistic talent...I still need a good amount of work but I am seeing a positive change in my art ,  and ever since I started sketching/drawing out the aladdin pics I posted, I have learned I am a total 2D artist ( not that i could never be a 3D) by I tend to move more towards the traditional disney/glen keen style..aladdin was actually rather easy for me to learn quickly and with in a few drawings, anyway from that I learned from all of that I need to stop trying to be something else, and go with my own flow.. lol and so here I am

anyway a few expressions and costumes
I tried to picture how jessie would react to different situations that I/we haven't seen before, such as a loving gaze, a flirtatious glance over the shoulder, or crying..we see her get to a point of almost crying but never actually see tears..of course depending on the situation she would react differently (death of somebody or something..failure, etc) , but I do see jessie as a type of " I AIN'T CRYING!" kinda girl she tries to hold off her tears as long as she could, and once they start rolling she tries to completely deny the fact of ever crying ( I guess the would be the "that time of the month"/prego crying, you know the I have no idea why I am crying..crying...#girl problems..JK lol)

as for costumes I tried to put in costumes that pixar has already made, the only one I have made myself was the horse training one. as for the space adventure one, it's based off of a Jessie action figure set they sold a while back of all the toy story characters in star command gear..and even made a book..I think? but I have her set, that comes with rex, and her little spce suit is just too cute/cool..even though I still like to say she becomes a space ranger..buzz already wears his suit 24/7 ( and mira)  so I think maybe jesie should have her her own lol speaking of star command I had come up with an idea of her being a horse trainer for star command ( she would still be/become a ranger) but train the horses, well alien horses, for like the rangers that ride them around city streets..like how they do it in new york! since jessie has such a bond with animals, I thought this would be I kinda cool twist on her, plus I know she has to be EXTREAMLY home sick when she moves in with buzz to capital planet and doesn't have all he animals or open space she once had..so this gives her that "cowgirl" part of her with out getting completely rid of it

anyway so happy this is finished..I have something else it the works as well..hope it will be up a lot sooner that this one *crosses fingers*
